I’m a bit like a good lasagna—layered and full of flavor. Here goes.
I'm French-Italian, a Cancer Sun, Taurus Moon, Scorpio Rising, 4/6 Projector, mom to a little boy named Noah and cat mom to another boy named Pluto (which is also the astrocartography line I currently live on - IYKYK).

I'm a brand strategist with over a decade of experience, and a relentless believer that growth is better when it’s intentional. Currently based in the Italian Alps, I've got a few languages in my vocabulary and a few stamps on my passport (I've lived in France, the UK, the US, the Middle-East, Portugal and now Italy).

Once upon a time, I powered through life on 7 cups of coffee a day and little to no sleep (I have so much love for that girl, she just didn't know another way). I religiously rewatch Harry Potter every year, snack on raw pasta like it’s trail mix, and obsess over making every corner of my life as cozy as possible. That includes my brand and business too—because who says strategy can’t feel like your favorite fluffy blanket?

But let’s be honest: our world doesn’t exactly encourage slowing down or doing things differently. Hustle culture glorifies speed over depth, and somewhere along the way, it’s easy to lose yourself in the chaos...

The story of Groundwork

For years, I lived in the fast lane. I chased milestones, measured my worth by my to-do list, and wore burnout like a badge of honor. But underneath it all, I felt completely disconnected—from my work, from myself, and from the life I was building.

Then, five years ago, I had an epiphany while watching the sunrise over the Himalayas in Nepal (this is the 6am shot). I realized that building something meaningful—whether a life, a brand, or a dream—can’t be rushed. Growth happens below the surface, in the small, quiet moments where we plant seeds, tend to them, and let them bloom in their own time. And growth without roots is unsustainable.

I needed to slow down, breathe, and rebuild—this time with purpose. That’s how Groundwork was born: from a deep desire to help others align their lives and work with what truly matters.With a decade of branding experience and a soulful, intuitive approach, I bring a blend of strategy and heart to everything I do to help burnt-out founders, creative souls, and purpose-driven entrepreneurs rediscover balance and build something meaningful—without losing sight of who they are.
